Language Translation

You have the ability to embed and select the language translation for your flow to tailor to users language specification. We offer four languages to translate and edit your flow. We are continuing to expand our language offerings.

Language Translation in The Verification Step

1. Select the language specifications you want to display for your flow 

2. Once your specific language is selected your verification steps and elements will be translated to your selected language option.

3. Users will be able to begin to complete the form in their chosen language 

Language Translation in Normal Step

Currently, for Normal steps and the Introduction Page, UpPass DO NOT translate the title, error message, or placeholder texts into the local languages. However, the user is allowed to update the text and the dropdown option text to the local language with English as the default. Example UI

Once you switch the language, you can replace English text with the local language. Then you hit save on the top right to save the local language version. Note that this will not override the text in the English version.

Sharing local language form

You can share the local language link by updating the language code in the URL.

Future roadmap – We are working hard to include automatic translation for all steps (both introduction, Thank You page, normal steps, and verification steps) with more language expansion.
